    Hi and welcome.
    That is a backup file BB Link makes. You need to open it through that app.

    There isn't yet a way to extract portions of the Backup file - like to get your contacts. It would be really nice if LINK had the options to do a more selective restore - like only contacts, are only data for a particular app....
