    Isn't the Oynx for att and Driftwood for Tmo. They are the same except UMA?

    No not the 8900.

    The Onyx is for T-Mobile, that one has UMA.

    Yes, they are the same basically. Part of the 96XX family of devices.

    Each is for different carriers, as they have different bands.
