    Hello from Italy. Hope you can help..
    I had my old BB curve sim inserted into new phone. The blackberry ID that I had did not work for some reason after 7 tries so I created a new one. Now this isnt working either and I need urgent access to my phone. What do I need to do to unlock SIM? thank you
