Not sure where to put this, so hopefully I can get some help here. I have my corporate e-mail on a BES and a few BIS e-mail addresses. I've gone through a few BlackBerry devices, and every time I've switched, an old .mac e-mail address shows up after it completes BES activation. It's not an e-mail that shows up either on my BIS website or from the personal e-mail setup on the device itself...so I literally have to go into the service books and manually delete the two associated with it. It's not much more than an annoyance, but it's something that I'd like to go away, if possible. Any ideas on how I can prevent this from continuing to show up when I switch devices?
