    I get a message JVM Error 547 flash write failed Scroll for available commands....

    any ideas guys? I can't even turn my phone on without getting this message....

    Sounds like your OS is corrupted, you'll prob need to restore it with JLcommander

    Try following this: How To Reload the OS on a Nuked Blackberry

    JL_CMDER among other things is used to wipe your phone so that you
    can reload the OS. You could also use the CrackMem program in my sig to wipe the device as well as delete some unneeded apps to
    free up memory, but that may be getting a bit ahead of ourselves for now.
