I have emailed and called corporate offices of ATT, my carrier, and asked what was the hold up, I am calling and emailing once a day, every day until I get an answer or they give a decent press release. I ask that if you are in the states, call and email corporate hq of your perspective carriers to get answers.
I won't be hammering my carrier. Maybe the occasional phone call.
The US carriers have complex mixed networks. (based on purchasing regional carriers and merging with their own) Leads to the extensive testing......
If they have the testing procedures, (even if the phone is performing flawlessly to this point) and a specific protocol of the testing procedure is that it must perform at a predetermined level, for this predetermined time frame, no amount of badgering the carriers is going to motivate them to do anything sooner.
The carriers basically do what they want, how they want, when they want, because they know "we need" our phones, and will still purchase their services no matter how they abuse us.
Also lets put our collective minds together and get Netflix onboard with BB10.
