I have a Z30 and downloaded office 365 from Good E Reader when I try to activate it I am getting this message when I try to sign in.

" Can't complete task" office mobile encountered a problem.

Has anyone had any luck installing this app and login? I hit retry, it says setting up office mobile. I don't think this will finish set up it has been 5 minutes.

I have the Z30 and was rocking the Playbook and Torch. I have issues with the best way to set up my device. I just signed up for office 365. I have an outlook.com account. I want to sync my data with outlook and outlook.com everything contacts, emails, task, and memos.

maybe I am using the wrong combination.

Are you adding the account through settings-account-add account?

As castano32 stated, simply add your outlook.com account under Settings->Accounts and all you have identified with sync via push. No office 365 or mobile required. just add your {email}@outlook.com with password and bb10 will automate most of the other settings. Super simple.

Switching to outlook.com from old pop3 account and synchronization between PlayBook, z10 and Surface Pro for mail, contacts, calendar and notes is what has made me not miss BIS. I could never go back now with push everything everywhere. I loved BIS but love sync everything everywhere all the time and lightening fast more.
