Ok, when i first got my blackberry i accidentally nuked it, (where it constantly restarts).
I wanna know what causes this to happen? because ive accidentally pulled the cable out while upgrading os' a few times and its not happened.

what are the different ways of it happening?

Well, there are plenty of things you shouldnt do with a blackberry but lots of those things wont do any damage...?
Im asking for specific things that people have done that have nuked their blackberrys.

Um it sounds like the Verizon Tour kind of death with the 591 MR1 but it doesn't come up saying something about returning the phone to the store for repair. I think you can get it to go back to 4.7.
