As I was running on my treadmill today, my phone is charging 10 feet away and I see a blinking LED... And I am thinking it will be great if I could know if it's a priority message by faster blink or different color...I don't want to leave my treadmill for a low priority or junk email.

BlackBerry you are the best...Love 10.2

Good idea - would be good if they could implement this feature.

Definitely a great idea. The LED should be more customizable out of the box in general frankly - later versions of BlackBerry 7.1 allowed you to choose custom colours without the need for an app like BeBuzz, that'd be great to see in BB10.

If the multi LED is installed in the device. Why the hell isn't the option of assigning colors to contacts and other notifications built into the OS??

Seems illogical to omit that feature with the hardware support present.

That was one of the features I missed from BBOS 7.1. I had it setup where I can tell instantly what type of message it was, and if it was from my wife (she had her own colour). Surprised it wasn't a feature when BB10 first released.

... but it may not be exactly what you want.

Well if the amount of time it took them to add a flashlight, which is essentially just telling the one light in the back to turn on, this should land on BB10 when the first driverless car is commercially available.
