    just d/l os 4.5 (8330)--I keep reading that os 4.5 has Docs to Go.
    How does one access that program?

    Welcome to CrackBerry.

    The default upgrade does not install DocsToGo, but it is on your Applications Loader selection list.

    Connect your BlackBerry and open BlackBerry Desktop Manager / Applications Loader. Review which software has been installed and select any of the optional programs. They will be uploaded to your BlackBerry.

    Also make sure that you update the app since version 1.007.035 was just released yesterday.
