Hi.. Im starting law col in Sept and we've been given our email login etc.. Iv tried to set it up on my blackberry but it says its unable to configure. The uni is using Novel Groupwise webaccess and I was just wondering can I set up email from this account to be sent to my BB and if not whats the best way to get the email sent to my phone..

Hi my school uses Novel also and I just went to the BB BIS site and typed in [email protected] and my password and it got sent to myy BB just fine

If they allow POP or IMAP access, you should be able to get it to work by setting up the BIS access. It will only work if you can get external POP/IMAP access though. If they are forcing you to only use the webaccess, then you are out of luck.

Yes it works just fine. I have my groupwise account and my gmail both on my phone.

Ye i have tried to set it up just keeps saying that its unable to configure. I have asked them for the server so hopefully I can enter it all in manually and get it to work that way... The site does end in /webaccess so maybe thats why i cant do it?
