    When I go into Options> then click About, nothing happens. I was trying to get the info about the phone but now I can't. I can click on everything else in options except About (and I have done a few battery pulls)

    If you have removed Voice Dialing Options>about will not work.

    Hit alt -shift - H to see just about all the pertinent info
