    I have a 8310 that is on a BES at my work. It was working fine until my exchange server was switched, now I get emails every 20-30 minutes and then it delivers all the messages from that time frame. How do I fix?

    Welcome to CrackBerry.

    I suspect the problem is related to your corporated server. It appears to be batching the email to BES.

    The way the BlackBerry Services are set up, everything flows through them. There is no storage of data at BlackBerry.
