I have a T-Mobile 8900 and am not getting all of my emails from my google apps email account through BIS. I am getting about 60% of them but the rest just stay on my gmail server. I've called T-Mobile, RIM, and Google and all of them claim not to be the problem. I've tried battery pulls, deleting the account from BIS and adding it again, sending service books, changing OS, and even fully wiping the device. Same problem no matter what.. Anyone had this happen or know what is going on?? Thank you!

I guess there must be an ATT outage too because I've been getting the same issue, resulting in 25 unpushed emails to my BB. So annoying. I had to download the Gmail app to avoid this. Must be because I'm on OS 5 beta.

T-Mo had rolling black-outs yesterday. Data was working I believe. This was on the TMo site forum:
"ATTENTION: We?re making good progress restoring voice and messaging service to affected customers. At this time, approximately 5 percent of T-Mobile customers are experiencing service disruptions. Issues began at approximately 5:30 p.m. Eastern time. Our rapid response team is working continuously to fully resolve this disruption. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused our customers." via tmobile forum site.

I have been having this problem for over a week now so it is not related to the T-Mobile outage.. I am running OS 5.0 but kept having the problem after a wipe and fresh install of 4.6.1. I have the gmail app running now too.

Did you try resending your service books?

    Register the host routing table?

I downloaded OS 5.0 yesterday and that's when I started having those same problems. I couldn't send or receive texts/emails. I went back to 4.6. I'll stick with it until the official 5.0 releases.

Yeah, tried multiple times.. getting a little better - only missed about 25% of my mail so far today. Glad to see I'm not the only 1 though. Google Apps customer service gave me some BS that they don't support native blackberry email and that I should just use the gmail app, OR get an iphone or android phone! RIM rep told me it was probably a server error with google not forwarding everything correctly to RIM. So frustrating!!

I'm having the same issue too. My wife has a Tour and has no Gmail issues. My storm 2 however has them. I deleted the gmail from BIS, resent service books and also did the routing table thing. I guess I too will download the gmail app for now.

FINALLY fixed this problem... deleted not just the problem account but ALL accounts from my BIS. Then I deleted all messages saved on my blackberry. Next I added the accounts again to BIS, sent service books, and restarted the phone. All is well again!!!
