This has been known for months now, it was on CrackBerry news, it has been mentioned in various articles and quite some community members (like myself) kept reminding people we won't get an official 10.3 update.
So this is neither surprising nor a big news. People who want it now need to install a leak or just be patient until the Classic gets a release - then all current devices will get their official 10.3.1 updates.

Some more accurate suggestions:
No updates (till November)
No 10.3.0 official for you (non-pport users)

I'm disappointed we aren't all blending it up but there's no sense in mis-informing people.

So there are no new touch devices, no 10.3 coming to my z10 ( or z30 which I was actually thinking of getting but no reason to because it won't do anything for me now) so is BlackBerry trying to push me away? I don't want a qwerty keypad I like bigger screens and the touch devices. Now that I know no updates are coming and no new touch device what the hell am I supposed to do, wait another year for a touch device to come? I'm lost.
