do you get sound when you make calls? it might just be a defective storm.
first day i got my storm i didnt realize mine was defective until i made some calls a few hours later. i had it returned and got a fresh one that same day amazingly. so go to verizon and check with them. they'd either make it work or replace it for you.
Go to Profiles > advanced > choose your active profile and check
to see if the Do Not Disturb option is set to YES. If so change it
to NO. Save and exit.
