So i just found out about this website and i want to download a ringtone but I don't have internet on my phone so now I don't know how!!

Since the 8310 does not have WiFi your best bet is to download
the ringtone to your computer and then copying it to your phone.
If you have a memory card, copy it there.

What website and what ringtone? Maybe someone could go on their phone, and get it for you, then email it to you, then you load via USB + PC. Or, if you can get to it via PC, do it yourself.
