    Wondering if anybody knows why I can't receive e-mails on my BB. I can send just fine (sent one to my hotmail accout) but can't receive any. Running 4.3 OS on my 8330. Oh, & yes I did a soft reset & battery pull.

    That would be my suggestion as well. Log in to your BIS site and resend the service books. And maybe just for S&G's reregister with the Host Routing Table.
