when i save a local number with the international phone code, i dont get his name when he calls.
i travel a lot and need to save all numbers with the code

i live in saudi arabia
Ex: 0548686864 will allow me to see the name when he calls but i cant call this number when roaming.
00966548686864, this way i can call but cant get the caller id when receiving calls.
i checked with the store. it seems that this problem is with all the devices.
