There is a program called bill log that you can download from the CrackBerry website. Do a search and it pops right up, but when you download the trial it only downloads a pdf not the alx file so there is no way to install it, inside the pdf is only a tutorial, not really any help in there. I tried to help her with this before but really wasn't able to give any support other than look or a trial on other sites.
Did they forget the alx file in the zip file?

Oh ok now it makes sense. Just was not sure what she was talking about. I would maybe shoot an e-mail to kevin and let him know about the issue. I am sure that he would look into the situation.
