Next device will be the Jakarta which is a low end full touch device. Q1/2 of 2014.

Second device is a high end qwerty (I'm hoping (Q30/50) and I believe will be Q3/4 of 2014.

I'm actually surprised we haven't seen leaks for the Jakarta yet. Maybe because of Foxconn?

    What about the Q90?

That'd also be a two year stretch... Literally.

For now, though BBRY will further enter the Consumer Market aggressively as soon as they reach there enterprise goal.
Apparently it's not only blackberry but also motorola...

If you think the Motorola Moto G is cut-price, get a load of Motorola's plan for a phone that's even more bargain-basement -- maybe even as cheap as fifty bucks.
"Why cant these devices be $50?" asks Motorola CEO Dennis Woodside, speaking to TrustedReviews . "Theres no reason that cant happen so were going to push that."

I think "Consumers/Enterprise" should read "Enterprise". I dont think we'll be seeing any high-end Blackberry's in consumer outlets for a while...
I think we will. In Canada the UK and other BlackBerry hot spots. The USA likely won't tho.

Why does BlackBerry need to completely redesign the devices each year. Why not keep same design and just upgrade. Similar to how iPhone does.

Keep Z30 design but upgrade specs. Keep Z10 she'll but upgrade screen and battery and other specs.

Would cut costs and keep BlackBerry competitive.

Redesign the devices every 2-3 yrs.

    I think it could work.

Agreed, change too much and you end up with piles parts on the shelf that can't be easily used, and folks could still use their accessories with the new phones. I'm going to miss the screen size of the z10.... that a big fan of the 5 inch screen phones, harder to navigate the phone using one hand.

Idk why everyone thinks that the z30 will get an upgrade this year. After the jakarta, Chen implied that the next device released will be a high end one and get back to a physical keyboard.
