Would Rogers sell an unlocked Z10 to someone in the US? I would pay $599 for the device unlocked, unbranded, etc. I am an AT&T user in the US. Would it work properly, etc...?

Rogers isn't selling them without a contract yet.

And even then (in the past) they typically would not ship to an address in the US. You would need a Canadian address most likely.
The device, however, would work on AT&T once it is unlocked.
The Z10 retails for $649+tax off contract, so it will be difficult to get it for 599.
You are better off buying from someone in canada.

Yea I had someone go to Rogers today to get one for me and they would not sell it to her.. They told her she had to wait until the 25th to buy it off contract.. That was in toronto somewhere.. Not sure where tho
Rogers Plus in Mississauga (Eglington) is selling them off contract. $750 after taxes. PM me if you want a used one.

You won't get anything for $600. I paid $760 (w/ shipping) for a Z10 locked to Rogers. Someone used his/her upgrade for it.
Now...it hasn't arrived yet, so it may not even work or exist.
I had gone to the Rogers site and saw where you could buy it off contract for $599. now i didn't try to order it, i just saw the price.
