    Who needs the Paypal app? The mobile Web Paypal is excellent!! I ditched my android app ages ago for the mobile site.

    Yes. The classic BlackBerry 10 comeback. I don't need apps, I'll just use the Web lol.

    Yeah and the classic over-reaction from CB posters. Did I say anything about NOT needing other apps. I am saying that I don't need a PayPal app. Apps generally ARE needed, just not this one. Try it if you don't believe me. The android version worked fairly well for me, but someone told me about the mobile site and it works great for me. I can do everything on this mobile site that the app could do and it is also faster on my device. Sorry to ruin your party.

    p.s I better end by re-iterating that I LOVE apps and they are REALLY important.

    Actually, I got given a Chromebook two or three weeks ago. Plenty of browser-based stuff, almost everything...

    Yesterday I tried an browser-based logo creator, that's HTML5. Amazing what's possible without actual "apps"...
