New Parental Control feature

I think this might be a response to RIM getting some criticism with children seeing things they shouldn't on their BlackBerrys.

I spotted this in .402 on my 9930. It's in the security options.

Looks you can't enable the parental controls if on a BES. I wonder how it works.

Interesting that it doesn't work on BES. Well since I'm on BIS, I'll show you.

Basically, once you go into its menu and you choose to enable it, you will be given several basic features that you can enable/disable (i.e. disable text messaging).

I'm glad they are finally providing a feature like this, but is a shame a company can even take flak for the sites people visit. If someone is viewing child porn on a Blackberry, there are bigger issues at hand lol
