I use my BB as a music player also and quite often so I was wondering if the new mediasync is benificial? It say on the front page that the previous version could only be used with itunes but I got all my music that's on my BB from windows media player. Will the update automatically come up when I open the DM? A little insight would be great, thanks a lot!

Since you said that your music is in WMP, it would be beneficial for you to do the update. You can get the update from BlackBerry Media Sync. I'm not sure that DM will tell you about the update since mine didn't notify me.
