Okay so my sister gave me her blackberry... but i cant figure out how to change the email from hers to mine... idk what to do everything i tried wont work.. i went into the defult services and cant change it there and i went into the email setup and cant figure that out.. ohh im confused

Are you able to get into the email setup? You have to have the password for that and delete her email info then enter yours.

i can get into the email setup. but the only option is: i want to use a work email account with a blackberry enterprise server..

Do you have a bb data (bis) plan? If yes, menu - options - advanced options - host routing table - menu key - register now.

See whether you now have the option to add personal email accounts.

If you don't have a bb data plan, you cannot use the push email, bbm etc.

I think your sister gave you only her device not sim card.
If your mobile number has data plan , you sholud see bis e-mail set up.
If not you need to activate it from your service provider then wipe BlackBerry then put your sim card in.
