    Hi folks
I bought a BNIB and unlocked blackberry bold yesterday replacing my 8820 that i had for a while
After fully charging the battery I am planning on doing the following things:

    1. Register the device PIN to blackberry network and get the service books
    2. Upgrade to the latest OS
    3. Switch device set up from my 8820 using desktop manager

My question, which is the best order in doing those?
    Or it doesn't really matter?

    Thanks in advance!

You would first want to switch device which is your number 3, then I would send service books your number 1, then backup your device which you dont have listed and then software upgrade. But If the Bold aint broke dont be in a rush to upgrade.
