My customer got a new blackberry and his PIN changed. Do I have to re-invite him, or can I just edit his current information in BBM?

I've looked at the settings, but can't seem to edit his PIN number.

Your best bet is to re-invite him using his new PIN or have him send you a request.

all he has to do is re-enable BBM on his device and link it to his existing email address - BBM will take care of the rest. you shouldn't HAVE to do anything.
