From your point of view, what is the present worlds best Blackberry? Should it be a 3G or a 4G system? What's the difference / best? Should it be on T-Mobile or Verison? Thoughts?

My opinion ... AT&T has the best selection of BB's with the Bolds and the Torch. 4G at this point is a non-factor, unless you're going to be spending a lot of time in an area that already has 4G coverage. It's not going to be widespread enough on any carrier for at least another year, not to mention that what they're calling 4G really isn't what was originally intended to be 4G, but only modestly faster than 3G.
Also my opinion ... in about 6 months or so, you should be seeing some greatly improved BB devices, and if BB is smart, they'll drop this exclusivity crap and make them available across all carriers.
Edit: Oops, just seeing that AT&T doesn't have any Bold models listed any more. But the Curve 8900 has as good (or better) specs, still as good a BB as you'll find with that form factor.
Much as I LOVE the Style and would recommend it in a heartbeat, here's my advice to you. First check out the different carriers in your area. I have Sprint. I love Sprint. I think Sprint is pretty darn good... for me. But coverage varies, carrier by carrier per location. When you see who has acceptable coverage where you need it, see who has the best plan for you. (Since you asked about carriers). Then go to the store and check out their selection of phones. It helps if you have a list of needs, wants, likes, and dislikes to work with.
That aside, like I said, I love the Style. I find the flip form factor to be very comfortable, not to mention that it eliminates pocket-, purse-, and rear-end dialing. The keyboard is great, the sound is great, and the screen is crisp and clear.
I think the Bold line is the best. Keep in mind there will be some new BB's later this year. I do like the Style also. I didn't think i would but it's a nice device.

Awesome post!
OP, I would do what he/she mentioned as it is for your best interest as a good phone turns to crap real quick if you have crappy coverage.
Also as everyone else mentioned some new BB's are on the horizon with some sweet specs! (Waits for the naysayers...)
I have a TMobile Bold 9700 and is by fat my favorite phone to date. I get good service most places. I have been through many other Berry's and a few Andriods as well and one iPhone...all pale IMO to my 9700.
To each their own though...good luck!
