I just purchased a blackberry 8130 online refurbished. I am having a problem connecting alltel. (the phone is an alltel phone) I have gone into the system info setup and changed the phone numeber and also the code for the alltel area. I called alltel and gave them the ESN number and walked through it with the tech. No fix... The problem I have is that when I try to call out the american roaming network comes on and wants a credit card. Any suggestions to fix the issue.
