Have a Curve with Verizon and Corp BB server for work.
Went to Verizon's BB site and added my personal email accounts. I was thinking that if I delete an email out of my home outlook it would delete out of my BB.
That does not look to be true??? Or I'm I missing something? Is there a trick that I do not know about. I would like it to delete an email even if I delete it from the BB or Outlook.

any ideas or help would be great

Welcome to BB Mike.

You have to manage the adding/modification and deleting of email accounts in your BB service from the BB email account interface. Deleting it from your home computer doesn't automatically delete it from the BB. It may render it unusable, but you'll need to use the BB email interface to properly delete it.

I have outlook at home as well, the way outlook works is it downloads your email from your email client. When you see email in your outlook it has actually allready been downloaded off of your email server, this allso works the otherway around your BB is contected up to the email server and not to outlook. SO you can deleat something on your BB but it will remain on your outlook.


Outlook is a email viewing client its just simply extracting email from the email server

Sorry about that guys I was deleting an EMAIL not that account.

From what I'm reading here it will only delete it BB to Mail server, once it's on your BB and you delete it from your outlook it will not delete it from your BB.
