    When I first read the title, I thought you were going to ask about a 600 Mhz CPU based device.

    Tmob 600Mhz band isn't going to be built out until 2019-2020. There is only one Android phone, the soon to be LG v30 that has it. The new Iphone X doesn't have it either. More bands = more costs and doesn't make sense in an upper mid-range device. You'll see flagships in 2018 have it and then it will filter down to lower price range models from there.
