I tried to do the wireless update on my blackberry tour. Well after I did all the downloading and stuff, it didn't work. After it was done it said rollback complete but it didn't update. So has anyone else gotten that too?

Rollback complete would mean that the install failed for whatever reason and it went back to the old settings, so you are correct, it did not update. I have no idea why. I would try doing a battery pull and then try to do an update again, just to get the easy solutions out of the way first.

I did the update via OTA and no problems with my Tour.
