    Need help people,

So I turn on my blackberry and after the blackberry icon shows up, I get the error message 0015

I connect the phone to my macbook pro and the phone does not show up anywhere on the computer, not even in blackberry link. I hold the power button for 10 seconds and it turns off and turns itself back on again, right back to the error message.

I need some help reloading the OS on to the phone, how do I do this? How do I get the phone to show up in blackberry link?

    Thanks people.

Try plugging it back in and hold the power button longer, until it shows in link.

I'd say try running an autoloader but since your on a MAC that would be a futile effort unless you have bootcamp installed or such.

I think you need to change the settings to mac, from, the regular settings, which would be windows...

Go into settings, then storage and access, then usb connection, then it will say, connect to windows or mac, that should do it

Not working Actually the device never even shuts off. It keeps restarting on its own after I hole the power button for 10 seconds

Where are the settings you are talking about? The preferences options for Blackberry link do not have any option for usb connection

Drag down menu, click settings, go into storage and access, right underneath where it says device storage details, click the usb settings, then click, connect to mac. But if your phone keeps resetting, if you've had it under a year, replace it
