I am getting an illegal java script error intermittent. How can I go about trouble shooting which app is causing this? Can looking at a log help? Can delete everything and add back one thing at a time? How would I wipe( not sure if this is the correct term) my storm and start fresh?

Thanks for the help. Do I need to "erase" the storm first then reinstall the os? Can you link me to any simple "how to" sites or documents that kind of go over the reinstall steps?
