I recently received a replacement blackberry pearl (8100) in the mail. What is the best (and easiest ) way for me to transfer my phone numbers, pictures, and wallpaper to my new phone? An AT&T rep told me all I would have to do is inserting the sim card into the new phone and obviously that didn't work.....

Did you ever sync your BB with Outlook.

No I didn't. That would require the cd that came with the blackberry?

You can download the software right from AT&T. I don't know about the sim card but you can put your contacts into Outlook and then transfer them to the BB.

If you still have your old BB you can hook it up to your computer, turn on mass storage mode if the pics are on a card and drag and drop your pics. I you don't have a card you need to use media manager in the Desktop Manager that you download.
