hello my messenger is beeping to let me know i have messages and the nice little smiley face comes up but i can't read the other persons message and their name is italicized. can someone please help me?? i turned off my phone and turned it back on but that didn't work either!!
Have you tried doing a battery pull yet? That might reset it for you, Usually when the other persons name is in italics it means that they have not read the message that you have sent them.
