    I had to reload the OS on my Z30 .i used autoloader of 10.3.2.680.everything went well device is working well.but I want to do a restore link opens as normal states my last backup 6/2/15.but when I click restore it says there is no file for my phone.so I can't restore.the bbb file is there on my pc but link won't find it. Any suggestions.

    Reboot both phone and computer. Be sure the latest version is installed.

    Thanks but I have uninstalled link and blend.and reinstalled.i rebooted my phone and computer.and still nothing .i have the backup files .document/blackberry/backup is the path. When I click restore it does not pull up any backups at all.is there any other way to access the Bibb file.

    I kept trying to restore thru link.and finally got link to find my backup. I was able to restore.
