Need help installing a theme from a zip file

So I'm relatively new to all of this and I still find myself unable to do a lot of things i see talked about up here. I'm trying to get a zip file (for a theme) on to my blackberry and just cannot figure this out. I know there are tons of knowledgeable people up here and someone can help me!

ZIP is a compression format suitable for use on a PC computer, not a BlackBerry.

The first step is to locate and install a suitable utility package on your computer. This provided the ability to extract from a ZIP file.

Use the computer to download and save the ZIP file. Use your ZIP utility to Extract the files in a format you can use.

Use Applications Loader, a part of BlackBerry Desktop Manager, to "Browse" for the new file and install it in your BlackBerry.
