Hey guys just got a BB Pearl from Telus a couple of days ago and Im trying to download a couple of programs through the the Desktop Managers Application Loader system but I keep getting any error.

I was told in order to download and get the .alx files working properly I need both Desktop Manager and Blackberry OS Software on my PC?

My BB uses version 4.3 but I cant find that anywhere, is it because its still new?

Thtas the first page I checked, went to Telus and the website and I couldnt find Pearl 8130 on the Menu, just other phones.
