I use a Motorola H375 and I haven't had any problems with it and my 8330. I hear great things about the Jawbone, but you'll pay top dollar for one of those.
I think my Moto was $45? It works just fine for me and the battery on the little bugger doesn't ever die!

I recommend the Jaw Bone Prime. I also hear good things about blue ant and planitronics top of the line Discovery Series BT's.

Jawbone, it really does work for noise cancellation.

Both my wife and I both use the Plantronics Voyager Pro. We tried a few others, but they couldn't handle the wind noise from talking car to car in an open-top or convertable car. It's a little pricey but worth it to me.
