I administer a medium sized company's IT. We have recently upgraded approx 15users to BB's of various types (curves and storms). I have setup the desktop software for each of these...it works...most of the time.

I would like to investigate the possibility of upgrading to the enterprise server software, my questions are:

1. What are the benefits?
2. Do the phones then sync wirelessly?
3. Right now (with redirector) attachments don't work at all... will this cause them to work?
4. What are the costs?--I heard that there was an express version that is cheaper? I need the installed and working cost... all encompassing.
5. What else do I need to know?--what questions have I left out?
