    Can you give us some more information? Device, software version, is Neatly itself up to date?

    I had the very same problem on my Q10 when I first purchased Neatly a couple of months ago. However an update released for the app itself fixed this problem a couple of days later. It was related, AFAIK, to the recently released 10.1 MR update by that time.
