the fact rogers have had to order more devices to meet pre orders is probably the main reason, as this shows there is a demand for the device. Add to that all the positive press lately and its all good.

the Vodafone outage was caused by a vodafone router, so while not good at all its not RIM`s fault

pre sale numbers
we have heard about the one carrier who already oversold their initial allotment
and now the carriers are falling like dominoes to set up pre order systems
maybe those are going well also
