I've asked for this information in several different threads via PM but I've had NO luck. There are a few of you who keep referring to a woman from either DR or BlackBerry (Shop) whom they have emailed and has been extremely helpful in resolving their Passport (Non and VIP) issues and concerns.
I'm begging one of you fine members here.... please forward her email address to me as I'm having serious issues with my order as well.
I just went to a form on the customer service page and sent in a email. She really didn't help much other than to say they would start shipping Oct 29th.
