I can usally never get a pm to send but it WORKED!!!!! Take note my photo did end up in the first picture album I had... So now I'm going to make that album my myspace folder!

Hello Mobile Users!

This has been a long time coming, but its finally here. You can now upload pics directly to your profile from your mobile phone! If your phone can send an email, then this feature will work for you. Here's how it works:

To upload a photo from your phone, you first have to activate from the website, myspace.com. NOTE: You cannot activate it from mobile, you have to login to myspace.com. Once logged in, click "My Account" in main nav (top right). From the My Account page, click "Mobile". Look for the 'Send Photos From Your Phone' section. Here you will see an option to choose a unique password. Be sure to use at least 6 characters and numbers. We will then generate a personalized email address for you. Don't share it with friends!

Now you can use this unique email to upload pictures to your MySpace account. Just send a picture from your phone to your personalized email and it will show up in seconds.

Tip: Add this email address to your phone book for quick access.

You can also update your status from anywhere on the go via text messaging. To enable this feature, set up your phone number on My Account and click on the Mobile link. Again, you have to login to myspace.com to go to the "My Account" section. You can't do it from your phone. Once on the Mobile page, Sign up for Mobile Alerts, which allow you to receive SMS from MySpace. You can choose to receive any number of notifications (or none � if all you want to use is the 'Update My Status' feature). Once your number is registered, just send an SMS to MYSPC (that's 69772) and the content of your text message will be your new status. You cant change mood from a txt msg, though we are working on it. Also, custom moods will be available via WAP soon, but they are not at present.
