I work for a fairly large Canadian company (over 800 million market cap on the TSE). Last year they upgraded management to BB10 phones and now its the sales staff. So glad to be rid of my 9320 that randomly turns off and takes hours to come back on We get to choose between Q5's and Z10's.
q5. I have a z30 for personal use, and i do a lot of emailing so a qwerty phone would suit me best.
I remember you have a personal Z30. I would have thought a Z10 due to your all touch experience with the 30. Personally I have also gone the all touch for personal and keyboard for work. Can't wait for the Passport to make an appearance. That will enable me to have a single device.

So now you have a personal Z30 and company issued Q5?
I work for a large Canadian company and they've started rolling out Q10's to replace legacy BB's over the past few weeks. I don't work in IT but they must have upgraded to BES10 given that they are supporting both legacy and BB10 phones now.
A lot of companies are in testing and evaluation of the BES with BB10 solution. Just a matter of moving from pilot/proof of concept to actual implementation. Get BB10 into the hands of end users and they might be delighted by it. :P

It isn't bes10 that supports legacy
Bes 12 does which isn't released yet
You will have to keep the legacy bes till bes 12 is released at the end of the year

I switched all 7 of my employees over to the Z10. They all had iPhone and after a couple of weeks they were used to it. After a couple of months I side loaded the leaks and then they could install snap. That's when they fell in love with it. I personally carry a z30 and there next phone will be a z30. Just for the screen size for when there looking at a spreadsheet. Anyway a very small comparison but I think it will go well as long as they give it a fair shot.
It's really great news that your company is making the switch from BBOS to BB10. Ours made the switch about a year ago and now issue Z10's, Q10's and Q5's to their employees.
I also rock a Q5 and a Z30. To be honest, I go back and forth, but I prefer the Q5.
It's funny how much people overlook the Q5. It has had none of the issues that the Q10 users are experiencing. The Q5 is a hell of a phone. It's true that it's made with cheap materials but once you slap a good case on it, it's as good as the Q10. The only thing missing is the HDMI slot (no problem with a miracast dongle) and the camera isn't as good (it's still fine).
Time to issue official statement from your company. This will not only help BlackBerry but will also add to the growing relationship between your company and BlackBerry.
