My space bar and "0" won't work after a reset..!!!

Hi guys, hope you help me...
I recently did a reset on bold 9700 (to factory settings with JL_Cmder) and now the space bar or "0" won't work at times... I mean sometimes they do and sometimes they don't... What can do? I even upgraded to OS 6.0.0... but the problem's still there...

Take it into the store you bought it from (AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.) and get a warranty replacement if you are still under warranty, otherwise you're screwed.
