My problems with Q5
It's been a week since I bought BlackBerry Q5. Actually i'm upset with few findings.
1. Speed dial is not that great like older BlackBerry phones.
2. Suddenly I see no data or numbers when I pull a contact from phone book, then I need to restart to get back to normal.
3. Out 50 calling I do, atleast 5 to 10 calls doesn't go through in the first atempt, I get network busy status. This is very unusual for me using mobile for 18 years.
4. Video calling is disappointing works only with bb10.
5. Moving to whatsapp directly from contact list is not possible.
Many of these problem might be only for me casue i'm new to Q5, can anyone through light or solutions for this.

For #1, a lot of people are upset that homescreen shortcuts and speed dial have disappeared. I think it's eventually going to be implemented, but nothing yet. Have you found the speed dial squares in the phone app? When you open the phone app, pull down from the call log screen. You should see four squares (possibly a voicemail square followed by three blank ones). You can add contacts here if you'd like. Once one row fills up, you can start another.

@bravo : thanks for your comments. Yeah finally I have managed to speeddial in 2 steps. Always keep num pad dialer open on screen. Now just click that app and longpress any key, it dials out to what number you have set.
My OS is 10.1.0. Something.

Ah.. I understand now. But you can't do it, sorry.
You can still send messages without opening the app, tough.
HUB > compose > whatsapp.
Not what you are looking for, but at least its something.
