Man ever since getting this new update my battery has been suckish. The charger isn't even charging it half the time. Every time I plug it up the battery drains faster than when it's off the charger. This so far is my only downside to updating my software. I'm loving the new features but starting to hate the battery. If only T-Mobile had the Z30. Anyone else experiencing any glitches with their update? And is there a fix to my battery problem?

I feel your pain. Same here. It takes forever to charge but so quick to drain. SMH.

Yes.My Q10 charging time is now almost 4 hours in contrast to 2 hours when it was running 10.2.Also the battery life have also reduced to just 10 hours now on moderate use.Hopefully this should get fixed in next update

I have an unlocked z10 100-3 with the 10.2.1.2156 update on T Mobile and I haven't had any battery issues here. I usually takes a day or two to settle in.

My Z30 battery life improved even more with the OS update v. 10.2.1.2141. Now with heavy use I get a full day 24hrs.

I'm on Q5SQR100-2/10.2.1.2141 without any battery problems at all. Normally lasts me 2 days before I have to recharge. I should maybe mention that I'm using a flip case, so that the screen is off as soon as I put my phone away.

My life seems to be better than 2142. But it's still too early to tell. But 1925 gave me the best battery on my Z30 here in Japan (on docomo). I could take it off the charger and put it in my pocket. No apps running and 2 email accounts. (one Gmail syncing every 24 hours and 1 outlook) and it would be at 100-99 percent 4.5 - 5 hours later. The standby time on it was absolutely ridiculous. I'm hoping this one settles down and gives me the same great battery life. Otherwise I'm gonna load .1899 radio. Loved my battery life.

When I first got the update to 10.2 my battery was a little off. I wasn't getting the hours I was getting before. But after about 3 days it got better and went back to what it had before, a full day of battery life. Give it about 3 days for the os to settle in and update properly, reason for the battery life suffering. It's working in the background to update and bring the os where it needs to be.

My downside is the android runtime. For some reason now, papa pear saga no longer works loool. It's very frustrating.
